This policy explains how Method Infrastructure (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information through this website and when you contact us.
Information you give us
When you use our contact form, we collect:
- Your name and email address
- Your phone number, if you choose to provide it
- Whether you agreed to be contacted by phone or text
- What you own (for example, land with a cell tower lease) and the property’s location
- Anything you write in your message
If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
Information from public records
To identify landowners with wireless sites on their property, we use public records, such as Federal Communications Commission (FCC) registrations and county property records. This may include your name, mailing address, and property details.
Information collected automatically
Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver and secure the site, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request.
Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell real visitors apart from automated spam. Turnstile processes information about your browser and device to do this. Cloudflare’s handling of that information is described in Cloudflare’s own privacy policy.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics on this website.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about your property
- To evaluate and pursue a potential purchase of a lease, easement, land, or tower
- To keep records of our communications and transactions
- To operate, secure, and protect our website from spam and abuse

Phone and text messages
We will contact you by phone or text about your property only if you agreed to it on our contact form, or as otherwise permitted by law. Consent is not required to submit the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:
- Service providers that run our website and communications on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting, security, and Turnstile), Resend (delivers contact form messages to our inbox), and Microsoft (business email). We may also use a customer relationship management provider to keep track of inquiries.
- Parties to a transaction you choose to pursue with us, such as title companies and attorneys involved in that transaction.
- Professional advisors, such as our attorneys and accountants.
- Legal requirements, when required by law or to protect our rights.
- Business transfers, if our business or assets are sold or transferred.
How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including to maintain records of our communications and transactions, and as required by law.
Security
Our website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we limit access to inquiries to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law, and we will respond to requests as those laws require.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
